To make the core of the diaper, we harvest wood from sustainably managed pine + spruce trees in Scandinavia, which is then turned into fluff pulp at a Swedish mill using totally chlorine-free processing – aka no dioxins (toxic chemicals) in our waterway. We don't add latex, fragrance, or parabens. We use a plant-based backsheet and our efficient design enables us to use less material than before while still being super absorbent. Our diapers are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Our diaper boxes are made from 100% PCR post recycled consumer cardboard (aka they’re 100% recyclable) – that means no new trees cut down and no landfill, if recycled.

New version sucks. Don’t buy it.
So disappointed in the honest brand. We’ve been using the honest diapers for the last 8 months, since my son was born, and we loved it, until they just changed the diapers. I saw similar complaints about the new diapers, but I thought people were maybe dramatic, but nope, they sure were right. They are thinner, smell like chemicals, and rip off easily, and not to forget that they leave white things in my son’s body. It doesn’t absorb, and we constantly have to do clothes changes thanks to awful leaks.I will not be buying honest diapers again, unless they go back to the old ones. Now I need to find another brand.

Prints may vary
Pay attention to the “prints may vary” warning in the photos. I should have seen that I guess but I’m not sure why they let you pick what print you want to order if they’re just going to send you whatever ones they want? We ordered the letters and food ones, my daughter was excited for “avocado diapers” lol. Thankfully I got her excited about the giraffe ones but I do wish we had gotten the ones I ordered

Different from the usual Honest diapers
I have been using honest diapers for 18 months, and have only used this brand after trying several other brands. We are very happy with the diapers, so when this print came out I was excited to use it for my son and to teach him about diversity. This particular batch sucked. We have never had a leak problem with honest diapers, but these particular ones leaked every single time. My baby can't sleep through the night without a leak. We ordered other honest diapers, our usual prints, and we have not had a problem since.

Runs small
Good diapers. Runs small. A size 5 is usually a little big on my son but he could barely fit into a 5. Definitely size up!

I got a different pattern than ordered
I absolutely love Honest diapers and have used them for both my kids, but I ordered a specific pattern because my child is obsessed with them and doesn’t fight diaper time, but they sent a different pattern.
