Wish I had this immediately after c-section. This was a game changer in my recovery. I started wearing it about 5 days postpartum and it helped so much. It helps you feel secure in your core. It makes laughing, sneezing, coughing and riding in the car so much better. It also helped my posture. High quality and easy to use. Worth the money!

Works great and is nicer than what you get at the hospital which makes it worth the money. -1 star because of the lack of size range however it is stretchy and durable if you follow the washing instructions. Since it's a binder, not comfortable when sitting/ driving! It did make going grocery shopping post c-section better!

This provided support directly after birth. It helped with soreness. Very easy to put on and can adjust what area of the belly you need more support on. However, it kept riding up. Also couldn’t sit because it jammed into breasts. But for just walking and standing, it was perfect. Although after birth, I wasn’t standing or walking much.

Stretched out within 2 days. I can’t wear it anymore because it lost its structures and just rolls now. This isn’t meant for bigger women unfortunately. It worked great the first 2 days for me though. Sad not being able to use it past that

I THINK THAT MY WIFE WOULDVE HAD A PRETTY DIFFERENT EXCPERIENCE WITHOUT THIS PACK! ITS VERY USEFULL! so, quality, mmmm maybe not the best quality. they got the job done but you could tell they were on the cheap side but hey, you get multiple useful items in one pack! gell pad worked prety well, the disposable "boxers" were handy and the belt was a bit rough to wear but that specific item as actually good quality! so nice touch. on the other hand, most of the items are a ONE USE ONLY. still happy i got for the wife. i would say that most of the items you can get on your own in a wallgreens or wallmart, but i feel like this saves you time and you get everything at once in one spot. would i get it again? probably not since im more experienced now but, NEW DADS, GET IT! IT WORKS AND IT MAKES THE WIFE FEEL MORE CARED FOR.

I wore the Frida Mom Belly Binder right after giving birth, and honestly, it was a game-changer. The binder feels really supportive but not too tight, and the adjustable Velcro straps mean you can get it just right as your body changes. I wore it under my clothes all day, and it was soft, breathable, and super comfy so I didn’t feel like I was wrapped in a board or anything. The only thing is when you sit sometimes it would roll up hence the 4 stars but it didn’t really bother me. If you just had a baby and want something that actually helps you feel put together, this binder is worth it.

Product is more comfortable

Ordered 2 binders. One came in a torn box (see pic) binder unwrapped in plastic wrapping. The other arrived wrapped in sealed plastic but there’s tiny stain (see pic).

The sticker patch doesn’t work properly and the waist band also gets folded Not recommended

It’s very expensive for nothing great
