I purchased a small by. This came as a small but was more like the size of an XS or even XXS. I compared it to a lady’s at my gym who has a small and it was much smaller. I started a return but never returned it. It is excellent quality so I’m just going to leave it at my gym for anyone who can use it! I ordered the right size and I love these belts!

This belt has helped me hit multiple personal records in my lifts by helping cue my bracing.The foam core provides excellent support without feeling overly rigid, allowing for a comfortable fit while maintaining stability during heavy lifts. It’s also easy to adjust, which is great for quick changes between exercises, but has never come unlocked mid lift. Plus, it’s a great value for the money. If you’re serious about your lifting and looking to improve your performance, I highly recommend this belt. It’s truly a game changer!

I am on the smaller side so standard belt sizes tend to still be too big. Not this one! I can cinch it up just fine.

A 1 star review is perhaps a little harsh because the belt itself is decent, however, two things need to be fixed:1) the product sizing needs to be more thorough and less vague. i.e. is the length including the velcro strap, or just the reinforced supported area?2) more importantly, the title describes it as being XL however when you look closer it's actually a medium.Does the description state XL as a way to lure you to click on the product, OR is it just a careless oversight. Either way, Amazon needs to crack down on vendors posting misleading info.I'm 6'1, 205 lbs with a 32-34 waist. L is the right size, not M.

Visualmente es muy bonita, tiene un acabado muy fino y se ve que va a durar mucho. Como dicen los comentarios, viene reducida, así que si normalmente eres talla chica pide mediana y así. En especial la recomiendo mucho para gente Pettit porque al ser delgada al frente te permite tomar buena posición para movimientos de halterofilia sin que la hebilla se te entierre en las costillas, y en especial, sin sacrificar soporte en la espalda

Does not mould and fit around my waist properly. Feels rigid .
