Cast iron casserole pot
A good heavy pot, great for even heat distribution. Used on the hob and in the oven, be wary of the hot handles, no mor bottom burned stews

Ho comprato questa pentola in ghisa per fare il pane ,e devo dire che il risultato è magnifico , fa una crosta spettacolare e al Interno rimane di una morbidezza fantastica, certo in foto sembra più grande devo essere sincera , ma per un impasto di 500g e ottima e poi si può usare anche per stufati e per lunghe cotture la consiglio 😊

Ho comprato questa pentola in ghisa per fare il pane. Il risultato è molto buono: il pane è cotto in modo uniforme, rimane morbido al suo interno, ha una crosta leggera. La pentola può essere naturalmente utilizzata anche per cucinare altro, ad esempio uno spezzatino. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.
