For the price this is a great table, nice simple lines, it's a sturdy table and easy to assemble, just real heavy. It would have been difficult if not impossible for me as an older woman to get it into an upright position after assembly without incurring some sort of damage to it or me! To be honest, I couldn't even get it into the house. It's obvious the company takes pride in their product, there was not a scratch or dent anywhere, it was perfect and the table was so well packed it would have had to fall out of a plane to get damaged! This table is nice and wide and will provide comfortable seating for six.

I very much enjoy the look and feel of this table. The lines are clean with just enough mid-century style to match our house built in 1963 without looking dated. I appreciate that the table is a good size to fit six people without being bulky.The box arrived intact but the table was damaged (large dent in side that caused the laminate to peel up) even though the table was well packed. Packing it back up was a chore (I recommended having lots and lots of packing tape on hand) but the replacement table came damage free.Ultimately for the price even the difficulty of packing the table back up and scheduling a return pick up was worth it. I'm happy with the table and the seller.

This table is fantastic so far. Other reports of damaged shipments had me worried, but ours was sent with about a metric ton of cardboard protection, and arrived in perfect condition.The table is solid and easy to assemble. Wood grain appearance and color on the tabletop look great, too. I considered knocking off one star because there are few minor imperfections in the finish, but honestly, I’m very happy with this table.

Like other reviewers, mine arrived damaged. I put the legs on while it was still in the open box, resting on the packing material. When I turned it upright I then noticed the damage along one edge. Since it's big and unwieldly there's no way I can repack it to return, so I will keep it and try to sand/fix the damaged part. It may be "solid wood," but the top is some sort of thin, soft veneer and the wood under it seems to be very soft. Unless it's really mdf under there. I guess I'll find out. What a disappointment.

This is a good looking table and was very easy to assemble, but quality control and packaging is very poor and it’s extremely inconvenient to return. I’ve ordered 2 of these tables because the first one arrived damaged (one of the pre assembled screws was clearly put in too deep which caused cracking on one of the sides, and there was a large scratch on top) so I asked for a replacement which they were happy to send. The replacement just arrived and unfortunately this one is also damaged, however the damage was clearly caused during shipment because the box arrived very beat up to the point where I could see the table sticking out through the ripped holes in the box. The damage to this one isn’t as noticeable but it’s still frustrating, just not worth the hassle of returning. It weighs about 70lbs so it’s a huge pain to load into the car and bring to UPS to return, so I unfortunately will just have to get used to it. Overall, if you’re not bothered by some dents and scratches then this is a good buy but if you’re like me and prefer new furniture to arrive like new, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I like the style of the table. Simple and modern. Easy to assemble.

I've had this for a few months now. I'm using the dining table as a desk for my home office. This took about 5 minutes to put together and is SOLID. I own an Article dining table and the quality and design is comparable. The top is very durable against all things except ink stains - I had a glass of water close to a post-it note which caused the post-it to bleed ink onto the table. I was able to buff this out with lemon + baking soda without removing the varnish but bought a $15 desk mat to protect the table going forward. Expensive for an amazon purchase but a steal considering the quality is on par with Article, West Elm, Crate and Barrel. 10/10 recommend.

I love mid century modern design and this table is perfect. I actually bought it to use as a work from home office desk. I prefer a very large working area and this table is a great size. The color and pattern of the wood is beautiful. The quality of the wood seems to very good. Sturdy table (desk), barely moves or shakes unless I try hard to move it around. Look at comparable table/desk sizes and material, prices and you will see this is a great deal. Very much enjoy working on this table every day at home.
