exactly as expected
no issues! there is some assembly required but it is one of my favorite purchases ever. looks sort of industrial which you should keep in your mind if that’s not your style.

I was looking for a new closet because I had a closet, but it was made of plastic and even though it held up eventually over time it would break. So I was looking for something that would be able to hold all my clothes without having to replace it every 8-12 months. As you can see all my clothes are comfortably placed on this rack! I was missing clips and they sent the clips to me without charge. This was a good purchase!P.S.The downfall are the written instructions. To save yourself frustration, please go on YouTube and you can find many tutorials on how to assemble.

It's just okay, definitely needs to be secured to the wall!
The media could not be loaded. I have one in my laundry room that cost less and is of a much better quality, I included pictures of the difference in the the thickness of the bars. It most definitely had to be secured to the wall and my others do not as they are heavier and much sturdier with casters for maneuverability. You will not be moving this as when we had to slide it only an inch it was popping apart! Not worth the headache of taking it apart or the drive to send it back so I will keep it. Also will be using tempered glass for covering the tops of the drawers, a wire shelf would be a great addition for this purpose!

Product defective, flimsy, missing parts, customer service None existence
I ordered three different items from this type of product, two of the same size one larger we put up one of the smaller ones as soon as my son started putting up his belongings it could not hold up. My older had unpacked the larger started assembling it there were missing parts totally defective parts
