Zaha Hadid 1950-2016: The Explosion Reforming Space

I am so sorry to hear that she died in 2016.Her work was very good. She had superior capabilities because of her education and experience. But maybe if she would of lived longer we would see her be a design of houses or landscapes.

So, I bought this one hoping to find some improvements over the original, but there were not many. AND: they removed the Noenheim Station from the book! In the previous edition it had a dedicated page. For me, it's one of the most important projects from her; they should have kept it. Also, they removed a picture of the Ordrupgaard Museum model - a beautiful image in itself that illustrated Hadid's approach to context. So then, I insist in my critique: These books are excellent when they are insightful inside their budget limits, when it shows that a specialized scholar has put effort it. Because you get a good bang for your buck. However, as I said in my past review, the editorial is losing that spirit.: I grow disappointed with each title written by the same author (Jodidio), because they always let me vacuous: the texts are too insipid, not insightful and just resemble romantic, poetry talk. For comparison, I've just finished reading the ones on Ponti and Gaudí in the same series, and content-wise, they are better than this one here.
