Firehouse Co. No.1 Mini House (Mini House Books) Board book – 27 July 2007

Loves fire trucks, firemen. Enjoyed the puzzle like structure of book. The words and pictures were great. He commented on the details in pictures.

The shape of the book and the rhyming text makes it brilliant for getting kids to interact and enjoy reading.

Its beautiful although the date of publishing is from some years now. The idea of having a book as a firehouse building is creative enough, but to put dogs and characters as part of the object itself is awesome for kids. The size is ideal for little hands plus the width of each page. It looks decorative in any child's room. Paola

This is ok. It's tiny, but the pictures and story are nice. I just was't quite as excited by it as I thought I might be from some of the reviews. I paid around £7 for this, and I feel that was plenty. I would not recommend anyone pay the full RRP. I am happy enough with this as a stocking filler for my daughter. I don't, however, feel any mad urge to rush out and add the other books in this series to her book collection.

This book was a huge hit with my 2 1//2 year old. He loves that as he turns the pages, the book retains the look and feel of a firehouse, with new characters and scenes on every page!
