Clarins Eau Tranquility Moisturizing Body Lotion 250ml/8.8oz

I purchased these two lotions and paid the full amount plus shipping and handling. I received a notice from the post office that the package could not be picked up without me paying more ($3.15). I was told the sender misused a flat rate envelope and taped all the edges which was incorrect use of the packet. I'm displeased that I paid this person more for the shipping than they used to send the items and ended up inconviencing me by having me go pick my package up at the post office and pay more money. This is rideculous and cheap!
