EPS Compatible Toner Cartridges Replacement for Canon 128 - 2pk

Bought these several months ago when I grabbed a new printer on a Christmas special. Finally opened package yesterday when starter cartridge was almost gone. Neither cartridge worked. One did not print at all, and the other printed all black pages. Re-installed each one several times to make sure i hadn't made a mistake. Finally put old starter cartridge back in and it worked fine (although it was nearly empty).Maybe I just got a bad batch, because a lot of people seem happy with these. It's too late for me to do anything it now. But if you're considering ordering these, you might want to try them out before the 30 days runs out. For myself, I'm just going to order a Canon cartridge. Cost more, but they do last a very long time with my usage.EDIT: 6/25/15: Even though I was way beyond the 30 return for Amazon, the seller contacted me a day after I posted ths above review review and said they were sending me 2 replacement catridges. I have to say that is FANTASTIC customer service on their part. In a few days I received the new cartridges. I installed one a couple days ago and it's working just fine.So now I'm rating this 5 stars. The product is good and economical. And the seller stands behind it, even when the 30 day window has passed.

Ordered these last year and they were great! This year I got a set and had to send them back because they printed so faintly. I must say they were exchanged with out hesitation even though I opened and tried both. However, when I got the replacement package they weren't much better.UPDATE: After submitting the review above I unexpectedly received another set of cartridges in the mail. I must say it was not my intent to get a free product, however it was much appreciated! I tried one of the new cartridges they sent and it works exponentially better! Just like the original one I ordered last year. I must say I am VERY impressed by the customer services of this company. Not only did they quickly replace the last ones I bought with out question (even though they were both opened and installed) but to read a negative product review and simply send another for me to try with out question or insisting I change my review seems pretty great to me. I feel like a lot of people expect companies to bend over back wards for them, and being a business owner I refuse to be like that. But EPS has made a life long customer out of me. If you are debating whether it is worth trying the lower cost toner I would say DO IT!

I was a little leery about purchasing such cheap toner cartridges, but I figured, what the hay, they're an excellent deal; why not give them a try. I choose the free shipping option as opposed to Amazon Prime as it shaved a few more dollars off the cost and I wasn't in any particular hurry to get them. My current toner cartridge was fading but I could still get by for another couple of days. They arrived at my home earlier than projected, packaged well. They were not the EPS as pictured, but some generic Premium Toner Cartridge, compatible with HP and Canon. I was worried about this because I had read elsewhere that these dual capability toner cartridges caused trouble. So I’m already a little worried about these two issues; generic and dual compatibility. When I opened it up, the toner cartridge was well protected in bubble wrap. Removing the bubble wrap revealed a hermetically sealed plastic wrapping. Inside was a pristine, like new toner cartridge with all the orange plastic tabs you’ll find when you get one from the factory. All the wheels, guides and electronic contacts matched the factory toner cartridge I pulled out. I popped it in and tuned it on. The first couple dozen pages I printed were perfect. I am impressed with the quality of these toner cartridges. These are an excellent value for the price.

Product came as advertised. Good Price and arrived in great condition. The best act of service was the information sheet "Knowing How Many Pages a Cartridge Can Print" the seller included. It explained the "printer and ink industries" standard measurement for a printed page. (a 1/3 page printed equals one page of printing, according to the printer and ink industry standard) So instead of expecting 2100 full sheets printed you will only get about 525 full sheets. Also, if your machine is telling you the toner is almost out, you may have a good amount of toner remaining. Check your machine to see if you need to reset a counter that you change at the time you replace your cartridge. (You may simply have an indicator feature on your machine that you set to remind you when it's time to reorder a new cartridge) Also, when your printer starts to print lighter than usual, take it out, shake it and put it back in. You will get more printed pages from that cartridge. I knew I had not printed 2,100 full sheets with one cartridge, so I was thinking I had either a machine or cartridge problem. That information sheet helped me realize/solve my issue. The machine and cartridge are both fine; my understanding of a page printed is more realistic now that I understand the printing industries standard. (2,100 Pages Yield=5% Coverage for Letter Paper Size) Disappointing, but I appreciate the information from EPrinter Solution LLC. I will buy from them again. I hope this information helps you too.
