This dough cutter is a very simple design but works great. It doesn't have nooks and crannies for dough to get stuck in, making it very easy to keep clean, and being stainless steel I don't have to worry about it rusting. It's sturdy and cuts dough very easily.

It works as described. I bought it to clean my smoker.

Well built scraper. Love that it's solid metal with no unnecessary plastic handle. I expect it will last my whole life, and then some.

Another reviewer had stated that the print on this scraper came off too easily and that the sticker label was difficult to remove. Both were true. However, I didn't care about the numbers and actually would have preferred if they weren't there at all. I used a natural citrus cleaner, d-limonene, to clean off the adhesive, and this also took off about half the rule that's printed on there. The rest stayed on despite some scrubbing, so I'm wondering if the manufacturer needs to address some surface cleaning issues prior to printing the ruler, if it's staying that well on one side, but comes off in one wipe on the other.As for functionality, it works very well. I use it to transfer food I've chopped, to another location. I like that the handle is an open loop and I use this to hook it onto the inside edge of the dish rack so that it's right there with the cutting board, ready to grab, if I need it.

I use this scraper to hang on the side of the griddle to make a wind break. It fits all edges except for the front edge. I had to pry open one of them to get it just a bit more open on the handle because my griddle has fairly thick sides. It is also a good scraper!
