Actually a life saver if u have stomach problems get this tea.i have lots of digestive issues and food sensitivity and this tastes great is so quick to whip up qnd just helps so well.

LOVE Fennel. Buy this over and over. Works so well for digestion and gas relief. I drink after most meals. I get bloated when I eat a lot of a certain food, I drink this tea and the discomfort goes away shortly after. It's taste is smooth and herbal. Strength depends on how long you steep and how much water you've used. Such great health benefits I recommend to everyone I know to take it. Also helps with inflammation. Wish it wasn't so pricey but I catch the sale every now and then and stock up.

Wonderful product as are all the Traditional Medicinals Teas. This one brought me relief that surprised me. Gas relief. Use with caution if you will be around others after enjoying this one.
