People who think installing this is difficult and requires looking at the instruction shouldn’t really be holding a screw driver in the first place lol I mean this is one of the easiest locks I’ve installed without any need to consult the manual. If you really need to, watch a YouTube video on installation of something similar and you should be able to do this under 20 minutes. The lock itself feels very sturdy and well made and it also looks good in terms of design. Setting the password is a breeze. It allows you to set one admin password and multiple user passwords and also does a bypass mode which allows any user to unlock it by pressing any button, once set. It comes with the correct screw driver for installation and a pair of white gloves so you don’t get your hands dirty. All required screws are included. It also comes with a set of keys, in case you get locked out and forget the password. It has a usb port, which allows you to connect it to battery pack and power it up, in case the batteries die, you don’t have your keys, and you are locked out. For $39, it doesn’t get any better than this. Similar models are going as much as $60+.

I have been using this doorknob for almost a year now. I have it on my office as there is confidential information stored there. In the past year, I have not needed to change the batteries at all. The passcode has never failed. Installation and setup were easy and only took me a few minutes to complete. I'm planning to purchase again in the near future.

The first time batteries are mentioned it says AAA but you really want to use AA. We could get it to work using the key but it would not work properly with the keypad until we switched to four AA instead of AAA.

Seems to be made of good quality components. Easy to program and works as promised. Looks exactly like the pictures.

Only problem is it is always locked there is no leaving unlocked without key left in. It should have a code to leave unlocked also. That would be nice.

Worked good for a few months and it died completely. Only works with the usb port now. When opened up to replace battery noticed one of the resisters blew near the connection of the cord.

It wasn't difficult to install. Follow instructions in booklet and you'll be fine. Handle takes a bit of getting used to because its doesn't have normal knob feel. sturdy feel. Coding worked as instructed. I'd recommend for sure and will buy again for other rooms.

The media could not be loaded.  After researching for what felt like hours, I decided on this lock and the keypad is very user-friendly.
