Q: How do you use the extra string on the inside left side of the robe?

Normally, there are two sets of ties on robes. The inside ties are to keep the robe from falling open, even if the outside (main) ties are not tied. Personally, I prefer to wear my robe that way, if I'm just hanging around the house.

Q: I'm not sure what size to order because I am kind of in between sizes according to the chart. Does this robe run big or small?

True to size or small, a bit small really, get one size bigger. Btw, we both love it. Practical and sexy at the same time
