SilverStone Technology SST-PS13B - Precision Midi Tower ATX Silent Computer Case, with Window, black

Ho acquistato questo case per problemi di surriscaldamento del mio vecchio, ma efficace PC, basato su scheda madre micro ATX, 'costretto' a stare in un case decisamente troppo piccolo. Pensavo che questo Silverstone fosse idoneo per il mio scopo, ma sbagliavo. Appena aperto lo scatolo, infatti, ho subito avuto la sensazione contraria. Allora, metro alla mano, ho potuto constatare che, sebbene capace di alloggiare anche mobo full ATX, era solo 2 cm. più profondo del mio e che, pressappoco, mi sarei potuto ritrovare nelle stesse condizioni di prima. A me serviva più spazio in profondità, piuttosto che in altezza. È così che l'ho rimesso nello scatolo ed ho richiesto il reso. Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto qualitativo (ecco il perché delle 3 stelle), francamente, niente di eccezionale. Anche se porta un nome importante, a me è sembrato un case come tanti. Ora sono in attesa di riceverne uno di diversa marca, acquistato sempre su Amazon, che ringrazio per l'eccezionale centro resi e rimborsi.

Ein günstiges Gehäuse was von der Features her sehr überzeugt. Trotz seiner extrem kleinen Dimensionen von nur c.a. 40cm x 40cm passen die besten CPU-Kühler, wie z.B. der Noctua DH-14 rein. Ein System mit einer leicht übertakteten 3930k und einer GTX 670 läuft ohne Temperaturprobleme. Der Zugang zu allen Bereichen ist logisch und funktioniert einwandfrei und somit ist der Einbau sehr einfach. Lediglich etwas nervig sind die HDD Blenden, wenn man sie nicht braucht (nicht abnehmbar). Das Frontpanel besitzt Audio Ein-/Ausgänge, einen Power, Reset und 2 USB 3.0 Eingänge und ist damit zwar sehr schlicht aber dennoch praxistauglich. Noch eine Kleinigkeit zur Optik: der Teil des Frontpanels (mit den 3.5 und 2.5 Zoll Laufwerken) ist anders als auf dem Photo nicht matt sondern glänzend. Gefällt mir ehrlich gesagt zwar nicht so, aber nur eine Kleinigkeit für die ich jetzt keinen Punkt abziehen werde. Ein Pluspnkt hingegen ist, dass das Logo mit dem "Silverstone" Schriftzug lediglich optional ist. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Gehäuse.

Es una torre barata pero que hace su función perfectamente, no es muy grande así que ojo con gráficas de gran tamaño. Para un PC de oficina ou con una gráfica integrada o de pequeño/medio tamaño está bien.

I needed an ATX case smaller than nearly all of the ones available that still provides good cooling options and this definitely fit the bill. Installing the motherboard was a bit of a tight fit but it went in no problem. Larger than normal ATX boards may struggle to get in though. There’s two spaces for 3.5” or 2.5” hard drives although the lower space might need to remain empty for larger, higher end graphics cards. Shorter ATX boards could also use the external 3.5” bay for a hard drive as well but with my board the RAM blocked it. Cable management is very minimal (no space behind the motherboard) so a modular power supply is definitely recommended here. Cooling was more than enough for my needs with space for up to six 120mm fans (one is included). The front panel comes off quite easily making getting to the front fans a breeze. Overall it’s a solid, well built case for the money and, with a little bit of planning, fairly easy to install components (there’s not a lot of room to work with once things start going in).
