This is a different brand. It looks similar, but it's definitely different in taste and composition.

no mention on label but I would think it's good for both men & women. 2 gummies = 3g of fiber. I take 2 with breakfast and 2 at supper and they are keeping me regular. They taste good as well. Good Luck
