DU-BRO275SL 2-3/4" Super Lite Wheel (2-Pack)

As other reviews have mentioned, these wheels are a little wide for the Super Cub. However, it only took a couple minutes with a Dremil tool to fix this and if I had taken a little more time they would have looked like they came from the factory the right width. I could have done the same thing with a blade it just would have taken a little longer as well.Truth be told, I think these wheels look a LOT better than the factory wheels, and while they might not be exactly to scale I often land on grass and the factory wheels were useless for this. Personally, I think these wheels look fine, have decent quality, and should fit my need perfectly.

Purchasef these for my super cub to help land in taller grass. To fit, I had to dremel them out a little to make them more narrow, used some tape on the threads for the lock nut to make it tighten up sooner.With those mods they worked and it was easy. The wheels felt "heavier" during flight to me. I still flipped over when landing in short grass but I only flew the plane twice since I've installed them. Not sure it's worth it.

I replaced the stock Super Cub wheels with these and they do the job just fine. I did remove the skirts as they were rubbing on the larger Du-Bro wheels. And, because these wheels are wider than the stock ones, I ground down the plastic hubs just a little to give more room on the axle so they would roll freely. Overall, a great up-grade.

Best tire wheel combo on the market. I decided to take off my Perrelli's on my CBR 1000RR and replace them with these, by far the best traction and comfort I've ever had. The soft foam offers a nice cushion ride on the freeway but offers enough resistance for the hard fast corners I perform at the race track. The plastic wheels are definitely await safer over the aluminum ones I used to have on that stupid bike. I can now say that I have a chance against Rossi if the occasion shall ever arise.

These come up as a "buy with" for the super cub. Well, they are too wide to fit the axle so I would have to say they are NOT FOR USE WITH THE SUPER CUB, at least with existing landing gear or without grinding down one side of the wheel like another reviewer wrote. They are really nice looking and light, should work much better in grass for take off/landing than stock wheels.

No flaws. Sturdy build and shipped out very quickly. I recommend highly. Hub seems smallish for drilling out though. Seems to withstand wind and sun exposure due to mine being trapped in a tree for a week.
