The tag is made very well
The quality of the tag seems to be very good. My dog has been wearing it for several months and no scratches on the either side of the tag. I like the app it is easy to setup and the best part is there is no fee for the app it is completely free.

Love it, and works great!!
Bought one to put on our Pug puppies Service Dog harness. The QR code works great and after scanning it, it takes you straight to her info page that was extremely easy to set up! I highly recommend getting one for any official Service Dog!

Very satisfied
The service dog tag is well protected with a clear coating and the QR code was easy to set up with your information and up to three photos. The company’s emails following the purchase made me feel very comfortable recommending this product.

SCAM ALERT!!! !!!Edited to update!!
Scam alert!!! It automatically signs you up for a premium membership subscription to other sites which is then a big pain to contact them and try to get it cancelled.EDIT:I was offered a full refund by the seller. They did stand behind their product and have stated that they do not charge for anything like this.This appears to have been a spam ad link that popped up after scanning the QR to set up the product page which was disguised as the link to this product page. It asked for a card # for verification only. There wasn't supposed to be any charge. The myluckytag company states that they do not charge for anything like this. I don't know if this was an outside third party spam or if the myluckytag company allows advertising or something. I'm not sure exactly how it happened. Either way they did offer a full refund to make it right so I'm fine with that. And I was able to cancel the membership that I was fraudulently signed up for.The ID badge does appear to be good quality and the product page that the QR code links to works as intended. Other than the above mentioned mistake during setup I have no complaints and am happy with the product and their service.
