Fully clad and non stick!
Ive had these for six months and I love them! This set of Cuisanart pans are the next best thing to expensive all clad that I can see for a fraction of the cost! You need to take extra care as with all pans to never put the heat above medium, but the heated mass of the pan does the cooking, it holds the heat very well once it comes to temperature (just be patient), and the full cladding means you can heat more than water and no scorching ever! They have a mirror finish so they're non stick if you use Pam cooking spray. Eggs slide right out! One thing I've heard in reviews, is that the all clad's exterior needs less care, and I can attest these pans need work to keep them looking nice, a little Bon Ami and red scratchless pads used for glass cooktops keep the non stick mirror finish looking great! Any discoloration I get out with oven cleaner because it won't scratch, it's safe and doesn't hurt the finish. I use it all over the pan with no affect on the finish whatsoever. One thing: NEVER use the green pads or you'll scratch the mirror finish right away and be crying! Did I say don't use the green pads or any scowering pad except non scratch? Just don't. I used one for only a few seconds on one pan and now I have surface scratches I still haven't gotten out. I have noticed some sort of what looks like very small pitting on only one pan on the inside bottom, but there's no depth to it, it's just slightly off color, and doesn't effect performance or it's non stick capability, it's just curious as to why it's there and I can't seem to get rid of it, but no big deal, it doesn't look too bad, it's just not perfect anymore, if you know what I mean. I'm guessing it's the result of cooking tomato sauce in it? possibly? the acidic content might have affected it, so it might be a good idea to treat them like cast iron cookware and limit the amount of time you cook acidic foods, it happened right after I bought them but the "staining" hasn't gotten any worse so far after six months. It's microscopic, really. But it is strange. And it's not a result of the dishwasher in my case, because I only hand wash them. Even thick cast iron pans have hot spots, and these multiclad pans are no exception, but for the cost saving over All Clads I can't complain. They're very heavy and everything I cook with them is a pleasure! If you're upgrading from the pans with just the disk on the bottom they don't compare! You're looking at lifetime pans here, especially if you're just a home cook, I'm guessing from using them a short time that after five years they'll still be looking and performing like new so they should hold up, they're just not "no maintenance" like the more expensive ones.

Good quality and very sturdy for the price
Really nice tri-layer stainless steel! Good weight, feels sturdy, good quality. Stay-cool handles and the lids are solid (not glass) which is a plus! Purchased on sale so the price was really good. The sautรฉ pan makes a very good fond when pan searing steaks.

Hefty, works well on induction stove, comes with some (for us) pretty big negatives
Pretty good quality, but with a few negatives: - edges are surprisingly sharp; already cut fingers on pot lip and handles - quite heavy - unlike our other pots, these make a loud vibrating hum when used on the induction burners - scratch easily Despite sturdiness, if we had to do over weโd probably buy something else.

Cuisinart MCP-7N Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel Cookware 7-Piece Cookware
I LOVE this cookware!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy this stuff is. I already have a high end waterless cookware set that my husband purchased many years ago. To give an example as to how high end and to compare to the Cuisinart set - the waterless cookware set i have had now sells for in the over a thousand dollar price range for a whole set. My old set had nothing physically wrong with it and it still works well and looks good. The problem is when i make sauce or rice or just about anything in it with the lid on water or sauce or whatever sprays out of it onto the stove and sometimes the floor. I also wanted something new for a few other reasons. I did a lot of searching for a stainless set that was at least as good of a quality to what I already have without the high price tag. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this Cuisinart set. When i recieved this Cusinart set i was pleasantly surprised at the quality. This stuff is heavy duty and very well made. I think it will last a lifetime. When cooking with it i noticed that things actually cook faster than with my old set. The instructions say you don't need to put the stocve on the high temps when cooking. I am used to putting the heat up on high for a boil to get things like water or stuff that doesn't stick easy to get cooking faster. With this cookware there is no need to do that and the end result gets cooked faster than with my old cookware without the spray on my stove. I have not put my cookware in the dishwasher yet although instructions say that i can do so. I did get a little spotting on inside of cookware after using and then washing, but it really is no big deal and does not affect anything at all. I read that you can use bar keepers friend or bon ami to clean the spotting off. I haven't tried it yet. All in all this cookware is very nice and looks nice too. I am very pleasd with my purchase and have added a double boiler and the 2 quart pan to the set.

Amazing for the price!
By far, the best cookware Iโve used. Iโve owned All-Clad, Hex-Clad, and various brands of other cookware, but for the price, this is the nicest set of pots and pans Iโve owned. It puts a brilliant sear on meats, pulls amazing fond for pan sauces, and the pots make it easy to simmer soups, chilli, and stews. The handles are comfortable and sturdy, and are angled just right. They clean up easily and shine like new with a little bit of barkeepers friend. Highly recommend!

Great pans
Love these pans! They heat evenly and are fairly non-stick if used correctly which takes getting used to. Heat the pan first, then add oil/butter, then add food. The only negative is they are heavier than a nonstick pan but that doesnโt bother me. I also didnโt mind the price because I wonโt have to replace my pans every few years like nonstick. These feel like they will last forever. They are easy to clean and a little Barkeepers now and then keeps them looking brand new!

Great New Pot Set for Induction Cooktops
When we moved to an Induction Cooktop we had to replace our set of pots. I looked at many options - All Clad and Made In are very nice but so expensive! Cuisinart pots were of a good quality and seemed to be a reasonable option. I didnโt want to go with the cheapest and I canโt afford the most expensive option - this seemed to be a good mid-range choice and the reviews have been good. Iโm very pleased with these pots and the induction cooktop! I find the secret to cleaning them is a) wait until they have cooled before putting them into the sink to prevent any warping, b) soak with warm soapy water, c) clean with a plastic scrub brush with handle. They come out very clean. We do sometimes have residue and minor discolouration due to the calcium in the water but if you rinse with vinegar/water, it comes right off. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Upgrade
After yet another regular non-stick saucepan started flaking off it was time to upgrade to the real deal, proper stainless steel which will last potentially a lifetime. The saucepans and pot are fantastic, I use them with gas burners and they conduct the heat brilliantly, maybe even too well! I have to put the largest pot over the smallest burner on lowest in order to simmer rather than boil a sauce. But it still heats evenly in that situation. The frypan, while I would have liked a bit larger one, has been a transformative experience, there was a short learning curve but the flavour difference compared to non-stick was immediately noticeable. That's because non-stick can't caramelise the juices, it can't really evaporate moisture, unlike stainless which can do it on contact, and with meat is naturally non-stick at the right medium high temperature, I cook chicken breast in it often and it just slides around in the pan, it's a joy really. My only complaint would be the handles being a little harsh and skinny in shape.
