Keep on Pumping
Working non stop except for winter shut down but restarted for spring and running 24/7 going on the second year for this device, the first one I purchased 4 years ago is still pumping , Second pump was a back up just in case but I really did need it . Just do a clean out on a regular basis

Moves water good, when not gunked up.
This pump did a good job of moving water but the inlet was clogged by pond gunk very quickly. I have since purchased a filter the connects to the inlet and the flow of water seems to be better. I'm currently purchasing a larger GPH pump so I can have more of a moving water sound over my waterfall.

Great pump for the price
I needed to replace a pump for my small garden pond and wanted one that was similar in design to the one I was replacing. It had done yeoman service over the years.To my surprise, it was the exact same manufacturer although you'd never know it by the description given by Amazon. (Some of the descriptions of products on Amazon are truly bizarre sometimes - sorry but its a pet peeve). This one is actually more powerful than the unit it replaces and the price was far less than my original unit. A recommended good value.
