Deluxe Backwave Traction Bench for Yoga, Stretching and Toning (IVO18220)

My back is usually kinked up from spending half of my life hunched over a computer screen. I have probably purchased every back stretching device ever made. This was my biggest and best purchase yet. It really gives my back a fantastic stretch. I 'm literally 1 to 2 inches taller after half an hour on it. It is expensive but for what you are getting it is really quite cheap. It has the strength and quality of professional gym equipment. You could use it all day every day and never wear it out. It's built like is should cost three or four time as much. And when I compare it to the cost of several trips to the Chiropractor, it's really a great deal. It takes up a lot of space however, I found it works just as well for me with the legs removed and it can be stored in much less space without the legs.

My Bodywork Specialist suggested I buy this for my neck/back issues. . Her words were “It will keep you off the surgery table.” It has made a huge difference in my compression.

This thing is commercial grade heavy duty. I wish I bought it earlier.

Very stout, very nice table!

We bend forward at the waist constantly. We bend when we sit to eat, when we sit to watch TV, when we drive a car, when we work at a desk, when we go to watch movies and sporting events and concerts, etc. etc. etc.. With this bench we can counter all of that forward bending by laying on it and freely "bending backwards" with no stress or effort, or no need to balance oneself. It has a most amazing therapeutic effect. Both my wife and I lay on our bench daily, sometimes for just a minute, sometimes for up to 20 minutes. We're both in our late 50s, and our backs feel like we're 20-years-old. I can't imagine not having this bench in our home. (Note: we've never been to a chiropractor since getting our bench. No need to.) Like I said in the headline, this bench is a must for every household. If you have any back issues, get this bench and start laying on it. And in doing so, say goodbye to chiropractor visits. Seriously!
