I'm 5"4 female and it sits perfectly around my waist. Have no concerns about it falling down as I can tighten it tight. I prefer this to a chain belt as no chafing. Would highly recommend!

I got this for belt squats using resistance bands on a platform. The belt fits firmly but I found that I really have to fit it tightly as the resistance was pulling it down from my waist with heaver bands the clips were digging in which uncomfortable. As a back support for deadlifts it seems to be ok.

I bought this belt for sledge push/pulls and it’s great for that! The additional strap and clips make it perfect for hands free sledge pulls. It means you can get into a good position for it.

I didn't see a size guide on the product but it's a little too small for me, and I'm a 34" waist....so not the biggest. Otherwise, very fit for purpose.

It’s perfect ,sturdy but it’s too tight .I don’t understand why they made so small waist my waist is 32-33 and is extremely tight that’s why the 3 stars. A bit disappointing cause is very good belt and is something so simple from the manufacturer’s side

Have always used the old-style dipping belts which just hang over your hips and are held in place by the weights pulling down on them.This design, with a velcro fastening belt is a lot more comfortable and secure and makes getting in to position for the exercise a lot easier. I use it for dips and pullups; I've not tried it for sled pulling.It is strongly made and should last for years.
