Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Square Cake Pan, 3" High - 8 Inch x 8 Inch x 3 Inch

I was very pleased with the performance of this pan. I bought it to use in my Breville Smart Oven, at high altitude. The pan is heavy enough that it bakes evenly & beautifully. The oven is a God-send for RV cooking, but the black-colored pans tgat came with the oven get too hot and I don't like them, so I work at finding sizes of good pans that will fit in the oven. This one is great, and I highly recommend it!

My review from previous purchases. These are still the best pans I have ever purchased. Came to these Fat Daddio pans late in my life. They are well made, sturdy, have a great rim for holding on to. This is the 6th pan I have purchased. They conduct heat well, heat evenly, release baked and cooked on food readily, are easy to clean, sometimes with just a little soaking. Just great pans. And they come in a huge number of sizes and shapes (a few less during the pandemic). I use mine in a toaster oven, as that is what I have. And they are great. Even my pies finally no longer have a soggy bottom! I use them for both sweet and savory dishes interchangeably. There is no coating on these pans, I use baking soda and Dawn dish soap paste on the after a gentle scrubbing with my stainless steel scrubber. The soda/soap paste gets them very clean, although there is a slight amount of staining no matter what I do. Stains do not affect cooking or flavor that I have noted. If I had more budget I would buy a couple more sizes.

After my butter crumb cake failed spectacularly in ceramic, glass and dark baking pans, I bought this deep, square, aluminum pan from Fat Daddio's. The crumb cake baked beautifully, with a light, even bake. The 4" depth kept all the crumbs in place, zero spillage. I'm definitely getting some smaller sizes so I can halve the recipe. 🙂

The pans are exactly what I was looking for, which I appreciated because non-standard sizes are hard to find. Also they were delivered timely

I wanted to make a super deep bolognese style lasagna and none of my pans were deep enough for the layers. This is the perfect size for a smaller deep lasagna and it worked great for that, but it definitely got scraped up cutting/removing the lasagna and took a lot of elbow grease to clean.

I wanted a smaller and deeper pan for lasagne. The other pans were about 2 inches deep and large, so there was a lit of lasagne and because my lasagne has a lot of layers, ot tended to overflow. We bought the 8X8X4 pan, loaded it up for Christmas dinner, and we're very happy with the results. It heats evenly, does not overflow, and cleaned up easily. It made about 2/3 the amount as a 9X13 pan, plenty for two older folks with enough leftover for another day. I could have done fine with the 3 inch deep version, but we are very happy with it. The relatively sharp corners are a plus for laying out the noodles.

Lo compré porque quería aprovechar el máximo espacio de mi cuisinart TOA65 al momento de usar la función de horno, para hacer brownies, lasagna, pastel, etc y cabe perfecto
