The first time I ordered this it was creased/folded and the letters were stuck together. I ordered again and this time the letter came off individually. I had to return it again and gave up.

It's pretty once it's up but it was super difficult to do. I followed the directions exactly and still had a lot of trouble. It was very frustrating - but if you have patience and time, it is a pretty result.

Though the same technique was using adhering it to the wall, only half of the letters stuck. Unusable

Nice quality item. The tricky part of install is getting it straight. You need some masking tape and patience. Turned out pretty. I hope it stays stuck with my ever shifting humidity because it does look nice.

Après 2 jours, les lettres ont commencé à décoller. Le mur est propre et lisse. Il n'y a pas de raison que ça décolle. Je vais devoir utiliser de la colle en bâton j'imagine :S Je ne suis pas très contente.
