I like this product and think it probably helps me to not get sick very often. However, the first one broke within 3 months, the clear plastic on the inside broke in half. I ordered another one and this time bought the product protection plan on Amazon and this one broke after 8 months in the exact same place. I put in my claim with Asurion and they would not honor the protection plan sold by Amazon. So, I had to call Amazon and after 30 minutes they agreed to credit me the paid amount if I sent it back. Now I am not sure if I will order another one...no protection plan offered and two broke in the same place.

I absolutely love my pink Airvida L1 wearable air purifier. Since my first purchase in April 2023 I have worn it nearly every time I leave my house. I bought it to ward off Covid, and so far it has worked, through 12-hour plane flights, many international train rides, through hours-long shifts working with the public in a busy Washington DC museum. I would give 5 stars for the product and personal responses to inquiries. But I am on my second Ible, having worn the original one nonstop for almost a year. The pink pliable casing around the first unit started to give way. I now see I should have registered the warranty for the first one, although there was no obvious registry information for the first one. So the warranty expired based on the manufacturer date (not purchase date) I tried registering my new Ible for warranty, but the Registration form asks for country of sale — US is not an option. I looked at support information. The closest support to the US is the UK, so perhaps no warranty because I live in the US? But the literature doesn’t say so. Again, a fabulous product. I would love to see support in the US and better warranty support for us in the US.

I was excited to get this product but then I tried to wear them and they did not fit around my neck. These would work well for a teenager or thin person but not so much for heavier ppl. The product worked well it is just the fit that was a problem for me. They let me return it without and problems.
