Thanks for your help.** A: we don't have the wrap just the ice pack **Q: Can u apply to bottom of foot** A: if you wrap it, i wouldn't walk with it. basically set with foot elevated. i use mine on back an shoulders. hope this helps. **Q: can it be frozen and then kept in a thermos bag for a day trip?** A: The ice pack is one of the best I have used but don’t think it will hold the cold temp all day in a thermos. **Q: Sometimes at night i want a bit of cold on my pillow.
