2nd time arrived broken
Just purchased and received the first one with multiple broken plastic pieces and everything seemed to be either previously used or punted across a major freeway. The return process was simple however upon receiving my "new" one it also has several missing pieces and a broken lever assembly. 10 out of 10 would never buy again

It did not even scratched the tile completely useless
Do not buy this product it was waste of my time did not even make one cut. I ended up using my grinder

You get what you pay for👎🏾
Cuts good but side bars broke within a week cheaply made, you get what u pay for that’s why I’m goin with Montilit now made in Italy quality cutters
