Set it and forget it — no more smelly drains
I’ve tried liquid drain cleaners before but hated dealing with the mess and harsh fumes. These sticks are so much easier — just drop one in and let it do its thing. I’ve used them in my bathroom sink, tub drain, and even my washing machine drain, which had started smelling musty. Within a day or two, the odor was noticeably gone, and my sink has been draining faster too. • No mixing, pouring, or gloves required — just drop and go • Fresh scent without being overpowering or chemical-smelling • 24 sticks means it lasts a long time with monthly use • Works preventatively, so I don’t wait until there’s a full clog One thing to note: these work best for maintenance and mild buildup/odor — if you have a serious clog, you’ll probably still need a heavier-duty cleaner or a plumber’s snake. I use these monthly now just to keep things running smoothly and smelling fresh. Great low-effort addition to my cleaning routine. Will definitely repurchase.

worked for my slow drain. Now it's draining well again!
So sometimes I get these sticks because why not, they seem kind of harmless, but I'm not really sure they work. We have an upstairs toilet and it's always getting clogged, but that's probably because of kids... so I can't really blame this item. However, my kitchen sink recently was working really poorly. Water was taking forever to drain. I hadn't used these sticks in a while. In desperation, I put 2 down. Last time, I tried the washing soda and vinegar... apparently when you pour tons of washing soda down, it just becomes like concrete and nothing moves it, so we had to call a plumber... so I wasn't going to do that again. After a week, it's definitely draining water quickly! It has worked! Probably getting an actual plumber would make it work better, but that's way more than what these sticks cost. An actual plumber would likely be faster as the first couple days, it looked like I had just thrown money down the drain, but if you have time, then try these sticks!

Removes the Smell Really Well!
If your drain is already clogged, these are unlikely to help, as they are geared for maintaining a drain's clearance, by helping to break down organic crud as well as cutting the smell of said substances. Anything really nasty, such as a wad of hair, isn't going to be affected much, so something more heavy-duty will probably be needed. But they really work wonders with smell and general sliminess, and can make a difference on the long run! I used to have a great deal of trouble with stink and clogging before I started using these several years ago, and in a very small bathroom with elderly plumbing this was a noticeable problem. NOTE: If your pipes are narrow (as mine are), drainage may be slowed a bit right after putting a stick down the drain, but if you run a bit of cold water right after, it doesn't take long to clear on through.

Seems to do its job
Update: After about two months of using this, I’m not sold on its overall effectiveness. I used it in several places. In my bar, which develops film and odors - it did great. The drain rarely clogs but it gets constant drip from the ice well and this really helped keep it odor free and running smoothly. In my kitchen sink, which never has clogged, I’ve still been using this here just preemptively so the jury is out on the verdict how effective it is there. The bathroom sink hasn’t clogged completely but these haven’t really done much other than keeping it moving, albeit slowly. The shower drain hasn’t really been affected positively or negatively. It’s just as slow as ever. I know both of these drains see a fair amount of hair and soap, which this should be breaking down. I guess they haven’t stopped entirely, however they haven’t kept things flowing as smoothly as I had hoped/expected. I normally hit them with some draino once a month but I haven’t as I was willing to be patient and let these do their magic. I wanted a more eco/pipe friendly solution but… It just doesn’t seem to be doing what I need it to do in these instances. I don’t trust most chemical drain cleaners because I rent and I don’t want to have to potentially foot a bill on repair (though that’s never happened, but hypothetically it’s possible). A lot of hair goes down my bathroom drains and they tend to run very slowly. Popped one in the sink and on day one it’s already moving better. Put one in the shower and haven’t seen any improvement yet but I imagine it will. The sticks are scent less so they don’t smell up the place when I’m using the sinks, and they seem they’re going to do what I need them to do. They’re definitely cheaper than getting corrosive chemicals I’ve been buying about once a month, and I love the set it and forget it philosophy. I’ll update in a month and we’ll see where we’re at.

Great ForDrain Odor
My shower/tub drain had an awful odor and I tried everything to get rid of the odor. Green Gobbler worked beautifully! No odor whatsoever now. Really good product.

Works!!
These really do help with those little drain flys, as these sticks help with breaking down enzyme build up from soaps, shampoos etc. I put 3 sticks per drain once every 2-3 months and when using soaps I let the water run to fill and empty trap, I'm not sure if it helps or not, but in my mind it sounds smart...hahaha I've been using these for 2 years and haven't had those pesky flys back!!!!! Worth it just for that reason alone. These definitely dont unclog a drain or an already slow running drain....its not there function, there are to help with build up and thats it, if you're drains are slow or plugged fix that first and then use these.....

Great for sewer flies!
Wow, this actually worked on my drain flies. It was getting out of control and I had tried everything. I was at my woods and I decided to do some research on Amazon and see how other people are treating it and these sticks came up. I was very skeptical but I do see less and less of those black little hairy buggers. lol definitely would recommend great buy definitely worth the price.

Great for improving certain slow-flowing drains
These work great for the proper application. They are for breaking down grime in the drains and pipes. They are NOT for clearing total blockages. They are placed in the drain trap when the water flows - not necessarily well, but flowing. They will eat away at grease and soap blockages. I put them in most of our household drains to improve the flow and prevent build-up in the pipes. They have proven effective at restoring flow from our kitchen drains. (Do NOT put them down the garbage disposal - they have another product for that!) However, I find that I need to replace them about every 2 weeks, not monthly. For lower usage or less problematic drains, monthly may be fine. I've been using them for about 2 months now and my drains are gradually getting more clear. If you have a complete blockage try DISSOLVE Liquid Drain Opener which has worked for me to restore flow in a drain blocked with soapy, greasy black gunk. I think it's the same as GREEN GOBBLER Ultimate Main Drain Opener + Drain cleaner + Hair Clog Remover - 64 oz , but unfortunately EcoClean isn't very forthcoming on the packaging about what exactly is in each product. If you call they are helpful and return calls if you leave a voicemail. I've also used Green Gobbler Drain Opener Pacs which might work if you can get the stuff down the drain but for me it would just foam all over the bottom of the sink and didn't help at all. We also sometimes have shower/tub drains back up due to hair. These won't help much with that - instead I use a needle-nose pliers to grab and pull the hair balls out of the drain. There are also inexpensive hair clog removers if you can't quite reach. Yes, I've tried a bunch of their products due to the previous owners apparently dumping lots of grease down the drains, and these strips work the best for us at keeping the drains flowing.
