Q: Are these lactose free?

They have Milk protein isolate, so no? I am not sure though. Ingredients are imbedded on an image, just above the question section. I've included a video clip of the image since I can't attach an image.

Q: Are these $25 for 8 bars? So $3.12 a bar?

Yes. They are pricey but they are quite good. I've found that most of the high quality low carb/low sugar products are priced at a premium compared to the high sugar junky equivalents. Expensive yes, but a worthy treat.

Q: How do these compare in taste to perfect keto’s mallow munch bars?

I don't know who thinks these aren't good or not as good as mallow munch but these are the closest thing to a Rice Krispies Treat you will find. I love these!

Q: how do you get the -4g of Allulose? I don’t see it in the nutrition facts.

There is no current FDA nutrition panel that lists allulose. We use 4g of allulose in our recipe for these bars.
