The build quality is great. It’s clean & slick, good weight to it too.I ordered one back in December as a Christmas present and 6 weeks later the jet lighter stopped working and just produced this flimsy blue flame. I reordered another one, identical to the first and it arrived today. This one was a matt black unlike the first one which was glossy black and straight out the box after a couple clicks the jet light didn’t work again. I’m not going to re order a 3rd one in the hopes it works as it may do, may not. Looking at other brands now.It’s a shame as it’s a great gift, but can very easily become faulty after a short amount of time

Not only is the item value for money, the option to personalise it is fantastic. Item arrived sooner than expected and the inscription looks perfect. Definitely recommend and thinking of getting some more as gifts.
