Order a half size up, trust me. I've owned tons of Saunas, and they will stretch over time, but not that much. It also makes more sense for them to fit comfortably out of the box. You shouldn't have to wait months to stretch them out or break them in or whatever. I'm a true 11.5 in almost every shoe I try on, but the 11.5 was super tight. I ordered 12's and they fit perfectly.

Q: What’s the difference between a 10 D and a 10 B?

10D is wider than 10B. If you have a very narrow foot 10B would probably be the one you want.

Q: I wear a size 10.5 what size should i get?

I would go with size 11. I wear size 10.5 myself, but some of their styles don't come in half-sizes so I went up and found they fit comfortably once they've been worn a few times and broken-in.
