I really like these LED lights, and they are much better than the originals that would get water into the sockets and cause issue.They were easy to install, and are much brighter and more modern looking.That's the good part. Shortly after installing them I had the drivers side that had the "low level" running lites on one "panel" of LEDs go out. Contacted the company and after jumping through a couple of steps with pictures showing the issue AND also having to show the light connected to 12 V on the low level lines they quickly sent a replacement.The replacement has been working well so far, but on trip last week we noticed the passenger side was doing the same thing. One panel out on the low level running light mode.I've sent a request in to see if I can get a replacement for that as well.In the meantime I took the one that had failed last year apart, it was fairly easy to carefully pry the lens off of the back plate.I immediately spotted the problem. The steering diode for the low level path for the side that failed had fallen off the solder pads! Poor quality re-flow soldering issue. All the other surface mount parts seem to be solidly attached.I re-soldered the diode and it is fully working again with no issues. To use this I'll need to find a gasket for the back, but that was a pretty easy fix.I know that others have reported the same kind of issue, so if you are out of warranty and can't get a replacement you could likely repair this.Just be careful when popping the lens off to make sure that you don't loose the tiny surface mount diode. Also when re-soldering the diode make sure to observe the markings on it so that you install it correctly. It should match the diode above it which is for the high mode. Note that if you are having a high mode failure then it could be that the high mode diode has broken free.I'm hoping that they will replace this second one as it appears that there many have been a bad batch produced at the factory with this common issue. If not I'll come up with a way to seal the old one and use it as the replacement.That's the only reason I deducted a star is due to the two failures.

Well. Pretty straight forward design and quality is better than our existing LED that has faded significantly over the last five years. We will see how this holds up with discoloration and fading compared to our initial setup. The quality and build is better than our original. This is a six wire system that we connected to the four wire system we have in our Sprinter. But, very easy to install overall. Obviously, You will need to know what wires are what. Very simple and easy installation.

Brighter than old incandescent taillights and makes the motorhome look like a newer model. Little tricky connecting wires to assure correct operation.
