These are very nice. For reference I'm on the average to slim side and wear a US size 32-34" in jeans. I ordered the XL. They're not too tight and not too loose. If you are a 32-34" waist and like a very tight fit you may want to order the Large. They are comfortable and the material has some stretch to it. There's enough room in the pouch for the boys and the tall guy (when he's not excited). I purchased these in black. Its a mesh material which is not see through. From the photos I thought the black pair had small grayish white dots in the design. Turned out to actually be small holes in the mesh and I'm fine with that but just so you know it has a very slight hint of being see through without actually being see through if that makes sense. And yeah, the ring? lol, not sure why it's there but if the wife wants to tug on it, I'll let her :) The ring isn't solid so you can remove it if you'd like or hang your car keys or fob from it or a leash as another reviewer commented. Hope this helps. My first review was initially rejected by Amazon. I'm kind of annoyed. Not quite sure why. I did include 2 pics that I have now excluded, but they were not offensive in any way, shape or form. They did not show any nudity nor were they sexually explicit images.They did not show anything more than what the model exposes for this item (actually my pics showed less, the model practically shows his whole backside top to bottom, I did not). Oh well, we'll see if they accept this without the pics. ?????

This definitley fits on the small side, and can be bothersome during extended wear with the way the elastic hugs along sensitive body parts. I bought them with the idea of replacing a jockstrap for post-vasectomy support. They certainly did the job, but because of the fit I mentioned, by the third day, I realized part of my discomfort was from how tight the elastic line runs along the inner thigh. I'd still suggest these as a sexy undergarment, and even suggest them as post-vasectomy support, but consider sizing up, especially if you often run between sizes like me.

Love the fact that they came in a multiple package quantity. Very annoying to pay around $20 for a single pair, but this was a great deal. The underwear fit snugly and have a smooth feel to them. The breathable design is also a great plus.

not a bad thong, fit is good, also to clue people in on what the metal ring does, the ring actually goes over your jean button(before you insert the button into the slot on the pants) it helps keep the thong in place, as this thong lacks a "legitimate" waistband, thank me later!

I was a bit concerned as I had never worn a thong before, but it was very comfortable, and my girlfriend likes the see through fabric. You should watch out for the fit. This is bikini type low cut brief that basically starts at your hips. I haven't added much fat in that area, so for this you will wear a smaller size, than you would for boxers or briefs if you have added extra pounds.

Very soft and comfortable. Like wearing nothing at all. A little big on me though. I wish the companies that sold clothing with Chinese sizing would offer them in a Chinese Small and not just the US small / Chinese Medium. I have a very small waist.

I find them nice to wear almost feels like nothing is on. The pouch is a bit small but over all fits well with it's stretch. I bought a tag XXL and I am 30" waist. I still don't know what the ring is for.
