Do you have the nail polish by china glaze in the color "ocean pearl"?

I've not heard of this color from China Glaze and I've been selling China Glaze nail polishes since 2008. I did a search for the color and nothing came up.

I just bought my first bottle of this. When it dries it is not shiny it is just a matte color. Is that normal?

That is normal, do you want to use a topcoat with it to make it shiny

Is this for the original formula of flip flop fantasy or the newer, lighter one? Also, is it for 3 or 4 bottles (as per one review)? thanks!

Not sure about the first part of your question. It's like a bright coral color, but it comes with 4 bottles. I got 3 in a box, and 1 loose.
