Must Buy
For cleanliness addicts it is a must buy. Easy to use. Cleans carpets and sofas efficiently. Though it is expensive but worth it if u want to keep every nook and corner clean

Good product, easy to use.
Suction power is best on high mode but the battery dies quickly if run on high mode. A little bit more powerful battery would be much appreciated.

Innovative product, but poor customer support
Product is good. Very easy to use & maintain. Quality of materials are very good.It has 3 modes of suction power, Low / Medium / High. The suction power in 'High' mode is quite good (this is suction power they show in their advts), however in this mode, the battery stays only for about 6 minutes. I 'Medium' mode it stays for about 35 minutes and in 'Low' mode it stays for about 60 minutes. Low mode suction power is drastically low and is of no much use for general cleaning(not even an ant can be pulled in).I wanted few accessories from their website, but wanted to confirm whether these accessories can be used for my machine (Dyson12). For this purpose, I contacted customer support many times. I mailed them 3 times, but the customer support team did not respond to my emails even once.For that reason, I am reducing a star. Other star reduced is for the exorbitant price.

Highly recommended.. worth its value
Love my dyson V12, it is super light weight and the laser helps with detecting dust that we generally never see. This vacuum is right out of a sci-fi movie! It's definitely worth its value as I can literally clean almost everything with it.

You have to see the laser revealing all the fine dust hiding in plain sight to believe it! Blown away by the latest tech and the metrics it displays!Hair tool attachment is a life saver as I have two naughty pets. Another world class product from Dyson - highly recommended.
