Lovely product. Doesn’t leak. Doesn’t break(the lower water carrying part). Weighted pipe really helps. Only flaw is the design of the cap. It’s made of thin plastic and break off easily running the whole bottle usage. Bought two of these cause of the breakage. If the cover cap design can be worked on, the bottle is amazing.

Leak proof . And regarding the service is too good. They fixed the issue within a week and I got the replacement as well.

Lid quality is very bad, breakes with a minor impact. I think it is a quality issue and there are others with similar issues. Rest everything seems to work fine.

It’s unhappy when a small plastic component fails after only a few months, especially on a daily-use item like a sipper. When the cap mechanism on those bottles gives out, it usually turns a convenient "one-handed" tool into a leaky mess or a two-handed chore.

Bottle is good but the handle is too small as compare to picture. Quality is good.
