Overall product is good and according to the price product is very nice 🙂❤️Laptop working speed is average and battery life is very good it can be work for 4 hours continuously and charging speed is good 👍

FIRST THING- SCREEN BRIHTNESS VERY LOW, SOMEHOW FIXED AFTER SOME UPDATEAFTER 6MONTH USAGE, TOUCHPOAD NOT WORKINGMOSTIMPORTANT THE LAPTOP EXTERIOR IS REPAINTED AND ITS REALLY BAD, STICKS EVERYTIME TO TABLE AND COVERS, ALL DUST IS ACCUMAULATED.OVERALL DID NOT LIKE THE PURCHASE. IM NOT SURE HOW OTHER LAPTOPS ARE BUT I AM REALLY DISAAPOINTED ABOUT MINE.

Battery issue
Batteries of the laptop drain quickly after disconnecting from the electric source. As promised MS Office 2021 is not installed. Rest the system works well.

Defective Product
Product found with seriois defect, everything typed will swipeback and erased when restarted, till date no one called for post sale review. Just waste of money. I strongly recommend not to buy this product. 'Used like New' is waste of time for busy persons who have no time to get this serviced. In my case this product malfunctioned from day one. Amazon to take note of my review in the interest of its trusted consumer base.

This is not renewed, it's dumped
The media could not be loaded. I recieved this laptop with zero battery charge. I tried to charge. It failed. After removing & replacing battery it charged. After that it stopped again. I don't belive that this product has been checked before selling as renewed. They only had to connect the charger to know that it is not working.Also, the laptop looks too old to be 2 yr old. As seller does not provide any history about the damages & repairs, it seems like a eye wash.I tried to call the number provided by the seller NewJaisa. No one available to pick the call in the service hour.I only wanted this as a data entry laptop for my team. Wanted avoid buying new. But, it was a bad decision to buy this. They are cheating.After complaint they arranged a technician who confirmed what I already knew. It has been more than 36 hours . There is no update as to what i should do.Please note that the return/replacement window is 7 days. They are eating the time from that.

Defective charger
Within 2 months charger was defective.. seller assumed charger defective because of my household faulty wires.. i am not sure he didn't even ask what happened - standard reply.. pathetic
