I have loved these. They were suggested by a rep at a forum recently - I tried the sample i was given and, waow, within hours I could feel the difference. I continued on and completed a full 4-5 week course and was really impressed by the soft and supported feeling. I have taken adaotagens before, But I love the combo of B vits and GABA support alongside the adaptogens, so you have a sensed relief from the start as well as the adaptagen acting over weeks in the background. I have suggested to a few friends in weeks when they have been overwhelmed - it is actually their feedback that drove me to write a review (I never do) - unanimous good feedback amongst my friend group, some folks with significant improvement in thwor QOL! This is a really useful tool to have in the box now for times of heavy stress and busyness!

If pregnant or lactating, seek advice before taking. These are easy to swallow with a glass of water, though, me being me, I sometimes forget to take three a day! No stomach upsets. I suffer from anxiety, panic and insomnia and feel that bit more grounded when taking these - though - they are pricey. No energy dip like I usually get (menopausal woman who sometimes needs to nap!). For purity-tested, clinically-backed ingredients with no unnecessary fillers, they may be worth it to you if your agitation is particularly bad (been there, done that, and feeling calm, for me, is priceless).

I'm a big fan of pure encapsulations so when i saw they do a support formula I was all for it. In typical PE fashion - the quality is high, the tablets are easy to swallow and there is no smell whatsoever for anyone who is sensitive to it. It has all the ingredients you need for daily support although I WAS missing some zinc and copper personally but otherwise everything is in there - especially for womens health. Wheather it makes me sleep better i cannot say since I supplement with magnesium a lot but I would say if I was new to it - it propably would help me sleep and be less tired. The slight downside is that it's not the greatest value for money - because , yes you DO get 90 tablets - but you also have to take 3 a day - which means you have a months supply in this box which for 35 GBP is pretty steep if higher end supplements are not something you can easily afford.

Made me feel woozy and lightheaded taking it in the morning, lasted a few hours. Probably the less standard ingredients like Ashwaghanda. I’m going to use the standard Pure multivitamin instead.

Easy to swallow and use. Only used for a couple of weeks so far but can see a good improvement in my energy levels and concentration. perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again
