First off I ordered this and it arrived in two days packaged beautifully. This bag is just gorgeous and came in number one Coach fashion. I could not be happier with this purchase. The color is a great year around choice.

I already own this bag so I was easily able to determine I did not receive the same bag as pictured. I also did not receive the storage bag and it did not have the metal coach bag charm as pictured. It’s still a decent bag but not the same and I wish the seller would make this right with me.
