Tubbs Snowshoe Review
I am quite pleased with the Tubbs snowshoes. They work well and I like the narrowed back which seems to keep me from getting them crossed when walking. The only problem that I have is that it is difficult to hook up the back strap around the heel of my boots. It seems the little hook doesn't always stay in the holes in the strap and the strap will loosen around my heel. Is it possible in the future to make the heel strap hook up more like the one in the front over the boot toe? Other than that one occasional problem I feel they are a very nice well constructed snowshoe.

Tubbs Journeys take you places.
As a new snowshoer, I found the Journey snowshoe to feel comfortable and lightweight, with no feeling of awkwardness while walking. However as a Senior and maybe not as limber as some, I found the heel strap to be difficult and hard to pull tight enough without help from companions. Tubbs should use the same clip-in top buckle on the heel, like they do for the Wilderness model. Overall, a good snowshoe to start with.

No snow yet to try them out. Great quality, well built shoe. Can't wait till it snows. Will give better review then.
