I recently purchased the Fermtech Mini 2 Wine Filtration (#3) Polishing for my homebrewing setup, and I'm extremely impressed with their performance. While they're designed for wine filtration, they work equally well for polishing beer. Fermtech filtration works well

Carbon filtering our mead helps a ton with removing natural sulfites. If you use these for brewing it works great!

They worked perfectly as needed. But a bit of an expense for small home batches.

Good product

Sometimes I am in a hurry and don’t want to wait for the yeast to settle completely in my beer. These filters clean up my beer and I end up with a great tasting sparkling product. Highly recommend.

I have the Fermtech mini 2 filter system. Works great but a bit messy. The bigger issue is they are hard to buy. Tried getting them directly from Fermtech with no luck at all. At first it was have to make a large enough order which I was fine with. Ok how many do I get fir that? Well I don't know if we have enough to fill it they are on back order until June. It is now November and I am still looking for them and I find one here and there. I would have bought a different system if I would have known.
