Ugh. Rubbish.
I'm really annoyed I wasted my money on this utter rubbish. Please don't be cheap and buy a better book than I did. There's no pictures. The font is so huge it could be for the blind. I expect more pages taken up so it looks better value. No structure to the book at all. Don't bother. Really.

Perfect Recipes on Ket Diet
I Love Keto Diet, i was looking for a good book full of recipes and i am glad i purchase this book, well written, detailed and easy to get, i already tried few recipes and my family was really happy about them, seems like if followed properly we can loose weight really easily, i recommend this book to anyone, thanks to Simon for this great book

Really helpful
This book is really helpful specially to those who wants to easily lose weight. Unlike other dietary ways, Ketogenic Diet has a new twist which is promoting the consumption of high fat edibles while eliminating the intake of carbohydrates. Yep, it may seem impossible but you'll see the evidences inside and it is totally safe. Be sure to strictly follow the list of recipes to have best results. Hope you'll get motivated to begin your journey to fitness just like me!

Pretty disappointed
Not sure what I was expecting, but was definitely not expecting to have to do conversions in order to prepare the meals. Lost interest very quickly. 450 g of chicken or 680 g of chicken tenderloin...really?!
