I could place my order after a few security questions, which sadly in today's world we need,Price is good...packaging excellent and great delivery times. At last, a knife that will cut thin slices of turkey and chicken breast without the meat falling to pieces. It feels well made and is easy to handle. The only downside is that the knife is so sharp it's a bit of a worry washing it up and sliding it in and out of the sheath!

Bought one of these a few months ago. Buying shame for a friend. My pot roast cut beautifully with this knife. I was able to get really nice thin slices.

Tremendously dfficult to take out of shield. I ended up breaking it to release knife. Knife is fine, easy to use and looks good. Trouble is I bought it so that the sheild would keep it sharp. Now sheild is useless.Very disappointed.
