Wow. This is one of those products that is expensive, but totally worth the price. I gave it as a gift to someone "who already has everything" and they were thrilled. I was rewarded with a sample. It is truly in the 99% percentile compared to its peers. Deep, rich, smoky, thick. Our family only uses pure maple syrup, usually Kirkland brand, but this is way over the top. If you have the means to afford this sort of thing, you should just go for it. You will love it. I've never been surer about recommending a product before!

Don’t waste this rich, flavorful maple syrup on pancakes! I keep a bottle of Escuminac organic syrup as a key ingredient in a bourbon or rye whiskey based Old Fashion.

Bought a bottle based on all the hype and great reviews. It was ok, but not as great as my expectations led me to believe it was going to be. We tried it on pancakes waffles, etc. and although it was good, it just didn't have the flavor profile we were looking for. Maybe some of their other varieties are, and maybe we'll try a different one someday, but for now we'll stick to our favorite, Tree Juice out of NY. That has the perfect flavor for pancakes we love so much.

Va fait bien longtemps que je n'achete plus en supermarché ce qui est a tort appelé sirop d'érable.... 20€ pour une bouteille de 1 litre ne me choc pas, j'ai toujours hésité a acheter cette marque vue le prix.... Mais le rapport qualité/prix ne me font a AUCUN moment regretter. Exceptionnel délicieux... Il ne faut en mettre plus qu une petite quantitée... Personnellement je trouve celui ci trop "fort" le great harvest me convient mieux... Mais c'est une question de goût... Je recommande sans retenu
