YakGear Brush Gripper Kayak and Small Boat Anchor Orange

I bought the product based on the answer to a a question that was asked on September 15, 2020. So I base my review on the discrepancy.The previous customers question is "Is this a set of 2 grippers? Or just one gripper?"...and the Sellers answer is "This is for one set of grippers". Reviews show many have assumed by the picture provided, that 2 items are offered, not just a color choice. I had ordered 2 Orange and received the other color. No communication received or contact info to communicate. By the reviews this company is well aware of the continued complaints. I would of liked to have gotten the orange as ordered, but you have to do all the efforts to return items to get what was correctly ordered. Yak gear is a good company, wish I got what I ordered.

The ad shows a set of two grippers. Package only included one. Perhaps you should update the photos in the advertisement.

I use this on a 12’ SOT yak and my husband has a 10’ SOT. We attack the paracord to an eyelet with a carabiner and it works perfectly. Anchors to logs, treelimbs, grasses, etc. Happy with purchase for the price.
