Wonderful Pan
This is a great pan. Deep, and spacious for creating dishes. Oven safe too. I've seen posts that this product doesn't last or clean up well. Burnt on foods. I'm wondering if from the cooking spray - grilling spray will cause issues and not universal for cooking. That will gum a pan with heat. I have a couple pans from this line. Sauce pans. I love them too. deep and universal. I've had them for nearly a year and use one or two almost daily. I rinse them and the wash them in the dishwasher. They come out beautiful. This pan is study with a little weight to it. I plan on buying a couple other pans from this line soon. Just ones I would use. I feel it was product is very well worth the money spent.

Excellent Pan
I love this pan for several reasons. It doesn't scratch easily, sautes to perfection and no sticking. Cleaning up is a breeze. I have two of these pans. Wish I had the set!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!
UPDATE: These pans were great at first. They started peeling on the edges. I sent it in for warranty, which costs $100 for 3 pans. Got them and in months they were the same.

Nonstick? I think not
These Henkels ceramic pots are not truly nonstick. They definitely are NOT dishwasher safe and I wonder if they are PFOA safe? They look nice though but I’m tossing them in the trash since I had all the edges chip after being washed in the dishwasher. Too bad as I had such high hopes for a Henkels Zwilling product.I definitely cannot recommend these pans at all!

Excellent
Love this Zwillinger ceramic frypan/lid. The high sided deep style is perfect for a stir fry and any sauce types recipe. Clean up is quite easy. We aLso own a smaller version and plan to buy additional pots. A little expensive for my budget so I look for sales.
