[ Upgrade ] ROSITEK RMP2 Manual Heat Press Machine - 3x3 Inch Heated Plates

Mine paid for itself very quicky and I am proud of my results. There are a lot of variables that go into perfecting your rosin but mine has always come out good at a minimum. Having a nut that you can hand tighten up or down to adjust the pressure beats having to use wrench. Pressing as hard as possible does not always provide better results so be prepared to have fun exploring what works best for your stash. The plate size (3x3) is optimized for pressing 3.5 oz at a time. You could press more, but it would not be optimal.It does take some effort to pull down the handle and it is clumsy on a table due to a base a little on the small side, but it does come with a way to clamp it to a table. I just sit on the floor. I can put my weight into it that way. Other than that, this is a great starter press.Some recent reviews say theirs isn't dual heated. Mine is. I left the plates open to preheat and used an infrared thermometer to verify the temperatures and both plates read what they were set to, which is pretty impressive in itself.

Well made piece of machinery. Does everything it claimed. My only suggestion would be for them to include a few sheets of precut parchment, a small assortment of micron bags, and maybe a scraper so a buyer like me could test it right from the box. Overall I’d say it’s a good buy.

Beautiful in both form and function. The press is light, easy to setup and easy to use. A lot of engineering went into the press. The aluminum is thick, strong and the unit itself is not an eyesore. I’m very happy with the quality of craftsmanship.The plates pair well with the DabPress(featured in photo) prepress and 2”x4” bags. I highly recommend those as they make everything a lot faster and cleaner.The RMP2 is prefect for personal use, but they have other very affordable and equally attractive models intended for larger surface areas. For a beginner or someone who does not need a large surface area, the RMP2 fits the bill perfectly.Overall this is a brand I would recommend to others. When the need arises to upgrade, Rositek will absolutely be the brand I look to.

I rarely rate products, but in this case, the thing works better than advertised, and the build quality is nuts. Bamboo finish on the press and everything. For this price, it would be silly not to buy this. This is the best thing out there

The press does work very well, and provides a decent yield of quality rosin.however I had a few issues, these issues are more of an inconvenience rather then a problem.1. The press is very hard to use on a desk, and there is no screw holes / mounting option.which makes this hard to use the lever at almost any pressure.2. The settings interface was a little confusing.3. It took awhile for it to get the correct temperature, it would sometimes even get too hot4. When I did get the rosin made, I was a little too faded lol

Love this press. However, the instructions are vague so I recommend looking up youtube videos on how to use it. Otherwise, extremely simple to use.

Below was my original review. This product now gets 1 star from me. This is the kind of stuff that makes people angry. How are you going to sell a product with the CLAIM that it is dual heated in plates, when it was not. Now, they're selling this as an "upgraded" version of it??Y'all should have to replace the presses you falsely advertised and sold as dual heated plates. This kind of stuff is not only unlawful, its annoying. I miss when Amazon was smaller and people didn't get ripped off or let this kind of stuff fly.I got this press as it was recommended to me from a friend. I am happy with the features as it is easy to use and program. clean up is easy as well, depending on what you are using it for. HOWEVER, My press came with a huge SLICE through the included mat, like someone cut through it with a razor blade.The plates are not dual heated as nothing electrically is attached to the top plate. It HAS to be clamped shut to heat up both plates. II wish I would have known this a LOT sooner.Other than it being a single heated plate press AND the sliced up mat that was included I'd give it four stars.
