another cozy read
This book gave the characters more depth. The story line was a lesson for all to learn. Humans and creatures…self forgiveness is vital.

Learning
Gas finally has someone willing to teach how to use her powers. She is also preparing her hotel for business. Then their town and her hotel are filled with magical creatures and things get quite confusing.

Delightful and Hilarious
She wasn't born that way. Cas got her witchly powers suddenly one day in her fifties. Now she's trying to establish herself in the witches' community, and control her powers, which are considerable and embarrassingly out of control. And the politics and jealousies of the supernatural community make it all the more difficult. And then there are the murders . . . I've been reading this series from the beginning, and the installments just keep getting better - they're funnier, scarier and more addictive with every installment. Recap is sufficient that one need not start with the first volume of the series - but that would be your loss - the volumes are delightful, every one.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

She knew she should say no...that's when I quit reading.
This woman is not terribly bright. Some of this can be contributed to being a new witch, but she has no common sense. She has went against her instincts so many times, and it is frustrating. She is a mature woman who should know better. I will not be continuing this series.

Fantasy
A delightful entertaining story of witches and other fantasy characters. A murder mystery with twists to keep it interesting. A series that continues to be enjoyable

Each book in the "A Witch Too..." series has been even better than the last.
Each book I've read in the "A Witch Too..." series has been even better than the last. I'm enjoying the main character's personal growth.

A test run that tests not only her but the whole community
A good read. Yes the main character is still not brilliant, in fact she gone a bit backwards in this book, but the plot is a good one. If it had just focused a bit more on the sleuthing it would have been great. As the whole thing seemed to get sidetracked a few times by the guests which although it gave a background it detracted from the main. The murder and whodunit. This is a major event for the town - a new Archsiren is being voted in. Shame she of the people that come with the event are such pills. Especially the coordinator who has put most people's back up. When she is found dead the whole witching community could be punished as well as the innocent witch already in jail. Throw in pixels, humans, shifters, vampires, blackmail and a criminal hiding out from the law. Can they find the culprit?
