Not as I expected.
When ordered, the delivery date said Friday, March 1. It arrived Monday, March 4. Rubber on mound is not rubber, it is wood. Two of the bolts for the latch was bent as the handle is opposite the latch, so it was bound to bend. The latches are plastic and one of them has already broken. They should have used metal latches. It would have been nice if the plywood was water treated or have the bottom with some type of protection. I ended up putting Gorilla tape on the bottom.

So far it is working very well
I will need to treat the lumber but I think it will hold up OK. One of the hinges came bent from the manufacturer so that is where I think the weakness will be. It works fine for now and we are using it every day. Hinges and press board are the reason for the less than 5 star review.

Sturdy, hand made
We purchased this for our young son. I thought it came just as specified in the product description. It may be a little overpriced but I can appreciate it considering it was hand made. One metal loop was bent from shipping but it was a simple fix.

Great portable mound
Great portable mound. I emphasize portable because it is somewhat light weight and a little narrow, but you can move it around easily -- including from vehicle to field if necessary. It is perfect for working with my 10 year old, very stable and all around great bang for your buck.

Too narrow, flimsy construction, I doubt if it will hold up after it rains on it several times

Overall good but slides
My only question is it slides when my son pitching. He's a big kid and drives hard and the mound will not stay firm on the concrete basement floor..

Performs as advertised. Well built.
Months later and holding up great. Well built. Definitely don't leave it outside in the weather though.
