It is very light, which is great for a toddler. All the basic -very simple- functions equipped and work well. At this price, can't be better

I bought this for my 19 month old because he’s always stealing his older sister’s (different brand). It worked fine and he absolutely loved it, but my son dropped it in the kitchen and it busted right open! No big deal because it could pop back closed so I popped it closed, checked it out, and gave it right back. A half an hour later, he drops it again as toddlers do, and thank GOD I was standing there beside him.. it’s operated by one of those round lithium batteries that popped right out onto the floor and rolled towards me. He was running to grab it when I snatched it up! If you know anything about anything, you’ll know those batteries claim little lives every year! Heartbreaking. I refuse to let my child play with this ever again. It went straight into the trash. I’m not even sending it back for a refund because who knows where it will end up. Do NOT buy this for a small child under 5+ years old.

Really neat.I love that the pen holder is removable. Not only can you easily slide the stylus in and out, but you can put it on whichever side works best for you! Left-handed? No problem!! The lock feature is really nice as well. It won't prevent additional marks from being added accidentally, but it prevents any accidental deletion. If I want to take quick notes, then stick it in my bag for later, I can ensure that the information will still be there later so long as it's locked. And it's easy to use, yet stable so as to not budge without intent.When unlocked, the screen can be easily reset with a simple click of a button, which is so conveniently located in the center of one of the shorter sides.Con- you can't manually erase individual marks.Pro- Super lightweight, sturdy, and convenient.My daughter will certainly enjoy the rainbow effect in the writing. I plan it as a possible early gift for the holidays.

My youngest's pre-K class has a couple of these for fun, so I was excited to try them at home with my kids. Not only does my youngest love it, I use it daily to help my 2nd grader with homework. I don't have extra scrap and we are using it for learning! One downfall is that the pen is not attached to the board like with a string, but you can snap it into place at the top of the board (my 3 year old cannot get it to stay in place himself). They each come with 2 pens per board so that's nice.

Honestly, I didn't expect much when I saw a 3 pack for so cheap but these are perfect! My kids (1,8,10) love them. They're super thin but my 1 year old hasn't even been able to break it yet so I'd say they're pretty sturdy. They come with extra pens which is great!They do have a button battery but it is well secured. Keep an eye on little ones when they play with it just incase!
